Today we are among the country's most established Mechanical Ventilation and Air-Conditioning Contractor. Our beginnings dated back to 1977.

Zenith Engineering And Trading Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian-based Mechanical Ventilation Air Conditioning Specialist with over 35 years of experience in this industry. We have also completed jobs in New Delhi, India and in U.A.E.

We are a Class 'A' Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Contractor registered with the Public Works Department (PKK) and the highest G7 grade of contractor with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and also ISO 9001 certified.

In 1981, we were given the opportunity to design and install the Mechanical Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems for then the tallest building in Malaysia, the 58 stories Malayan Banking Headquarters by Keang Nam/Daewoo Corporation of South Korea.

We were also involved with the installation of the Air Conditioning Systems and Mechanical Ventilation for the Vision City Project consisting of Office Towers and a Podium Shopping Mall with Daewoo Corporation.

Upon completion of the MNI Twin Towers (Two x 28 Storey Office Blocks) with Samsung in 1994, we collaborated with Samsung again to supply and install the Mechanical Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems for the world tallest Twin Towers, the KLCC Twin and also the adjacent 50 Storey Maxis Tower.

We were selected among their Oversea Contractors to supply and install the Air Conditioning and Tunnel Ventilation for the Delhi Metro Railway Transit System in year 2002. This involved four stations in New Delhi, the capital of India. We were their lead Contractor for submission of technical documents and drawings and regarding all technical matters.

We also completed the ACMV installations for KLCC Tower 3 with Daewoo in 2011.

For the highest method of construction, the following quality, safety and precision were implemented:

  2. Smoke extraction with fire-rated ducts, fan systems and motorized dampers.

  4. Expansion of pipes in tall buildings.
