Systems: Decentralised VAV Chilled Water System with Plant Rooms at Basement 2 and 35th floor. Executive floors using Water-cooled Package Unit. Total Tonnage 4800. 2009 Design & Build/Retrofit/Modification to the Existing Chilled Water Systems & Water-cooled Package Unit Systems for the Executive Floors in line with the Green Building requirements. Work involving Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Upgrading Works. Combined two existing chilled water plants to one Centralised Plant at the Basement Level to serve up to the 44th floor without down time as Bank was operating almost 24 hours. Executive Floors from 45th to 50th floor converted to VAV Water-cooled Package System for more operating cost savings and flexibility.
